As part of the WMCA funding this year we were able to get an official bird survey from the Birmingham Wildlife Trust across the Ten Acres site to gather a \u2018snapshot\u2019 of wildlife this year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Already we are seeing a big improvement on species diversity on the site since we first began management in 2019\/2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are a few species still lost from the original records in years of neglect the site suffered but we are optimistic this is a good positive step forward for species diversity on the site and we are excited to see what pops up again in a years time from now when we will be doing a follow up survey!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
