We had a fantastic time on our bat walk and were excited to not only hear bats but to see them too flying right over our heads!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Here is a list of the species we found on site according to the Echo Meter 2 \u2013 a wonderful bat detection system that displays the bat calls in real time, translates them into sound we can hear, maps their GPS and auto \u2013 IDs the bats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some of these ID\u2019s are stronger than others so we will be revisiting the Barbastelle and Noctule spots on our next walk and seeing if we can get closer to them! According to GPS flight mapping, they appear to be using the the river and the pathway outside bewdley road!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
