The volunteers had a busy time this month with plenty to do in the park to keep things ticking over including:
- Removed overgrown bramble and nettle around the river rea heritage trail sign
- Removed overgrown bramble around a bench so it could be used again
- Cleaned up Route 5 sign and removed tape
- Clean dog poo from Hazelwell Play Area sign
- Tidied, arranged and sorted all 3 main noticeboards and BCC board
- Painted over obscene graffiti on Hazelwell noticeboard
- Litterpicked bottles along pathways
- Himalayan Balsam bashing in Ten Acres along the cycle pathway side of the river
- Hazard taped area behind bench with exposed Giant Hogweed
