Another smashing day with the kids as our Friday Summer Fun session brought sunshine, laughter, and a dash of adventure!
The weather was mostly sunny and fair — perfect for outdoor fun. We split into two groups for our main activities: fire lighting and shelter building. The kids showed brilliant teamwork and creativity, mastering the skills with enthusiasm and care.
In between our bushcraft sessions, we made time for a few classic games. Frisbee and football kept everyone moving and giggling, and when a surprise rain shower rolled in just before the end of the session, we gathered in the bell tent for a round of “Among Us” (Wink Murder style) — always a hit and full of suspenseful fun!
Lunch was a delicious and colorful spread: fresh strawberries, orange slices, peppers, cherry tomatoes, breadsticks, and popcorn, all washed down with a refreshing Fruit Shoot.
It was another day full of memories, muddy knees, and big smiles — exactly what summer is all about! Looking forward to more fun ahead.
